"Staff were excellent, very helpful, and always smiling or happy to help. The rooms were in clean condition and the pool/other amenities were well maintained and clean. They had events going on in the bar with happy hour drinks bringing great energy to the lobby. Great location as well, only about a 25 minutes drive to Padre, but if you aren’t wanting to drive it is very walkable to go to the sandy/beach parts of the marina which are beautiful as well. Honestly couldn’t have had a better stay!"

"I was a little disappointed because the description said that it was on the beach, but it was really on the bay. The sand was horrible. It had very sharp pieces of shell and they did not provide chairs or awnings. They had to be rented. Also, while my husband was getting ready to take a shower, the vent cover fell on top of his head and we were not offered any compensation."

"Staff was friendly and location was great. Main issue we had was the cleanliness of our room. There was left over food from the previous guest in the refrigerator, shower was not cleaned thoroughly (we found hair before we even used it), and there was sand on the floor. This place has potential just lacks the basic cleaning."

"The Condo inside was clean and well appointed. The bedroom tv should be upgraded to a normal sized tv. Outside left much to b desired. The property was under construction, the hallways were ripped up, stairs were dirty and a bit scary. The elevator was dirty and only worked on occasion. We should have been informed about the construction. The app to unlock the door was so annoying when we first arrived after a long day of travel. Think about switching to a changeable code. Every time we left we had to get out a phone to lock and when we got back each day we had to get out a phone to unlock the door. This proved to be excessively annoying.The host had the condo decorated very nicely, she provided an array of snacks. She had the bathroom well provided for. The inside space was welcoming and enjoyable."

"The room size and it's location were excellent. But, on the second day there were small ants crawling. And on checkout day at 9:00 Am the air conditioner, microwave's power shutoff,as well as the toilet would not flush. So we left at 9:30Am. When checkout time 11Am."
