"Guest was my son (adult) but I was paying for the room. Even though I pre-paid through Expedia, they still asked my son for a deposit, which was returned when he left. Also, upon receiving the room, the toilet was dirty, like recently used, and my son had to ask the staff for a cleaning."

"Hotel is being renovated. I got one of the updated rooms. Comfortable bed but no chairs to set in. Had a few issues with things not working properly. But their people came and fixed the issues. I will stay again next time I’m in Albuquerque "
