I want my money back! I did not use the hotel as they had absolutely no parking and I was there early! This is ludicrous and I didn’t want car parked in an other area not at the hotel. No clue where even the extra parking was nowhere close by. A homeless guy walked up by my car! Come on Expedia unacceptable. I want my money back. None of the parking was discussed. I will blast on Expedia.

Zazz is a GREAT hotel in a not-so-great neighborhood. They have on-site security and cameras, but I would recommend making sure that on-site parking is paid for and taken care of while you are booking as you do not want to be street parking anywhere near Central Ave. It becomes a crapshoot as to whether your car is broken into despite the cameras Zazz has to protect the road parking.

Hotel Zazz has gone above and beyond to re-invent the glam of Route 66. Over-the-top kitch details. Truly an experience. You haven't really lived until you've "tapped the banana" on spring break!
