"Check-in was good but a long wait and the ‘self check-in’s’ didn’t really work"

"Only stayed one night but was glad when I was gone. I had to change rooms as the toilet was filthy and not properly cleaned. The next room was better but still quite dusty and generally somewhat rundown. The WiFi didn’t work in the room. The breakfast was the worse hotel breakfast I’ve had on this trip. The scrambled eggs were like soup, the pancakes uncooked and the staff tried to give my table away while I was getting something despite my coffee cup still full on the table. The hotel staff were extremely friendly though but the entire thing seemed a bit wanna-be fancy. "

"Clean room. Easy after hours checkin/out. Great bed. Everything I needed for an overnight stay. Close to airport."

"We found the hotel somewhat run down, definitely in need of a major renovation. The hallways were dark, the room was very dated and bleak. The bed was squeaky, the food in the restaurant was not good and it was quite noisy down the hallways. On a positive note it was close to the Airport, there were laundry facilities available and they had a free shuttle to the Airport. In my view this hotel was not even close to an 8.6 which it was rated."

"The rooms are very good, the nar and food are great and axess to the airport is close, coming from away to fly out of Melbourne the Taylors lakes is my go to for a good feed and good nights sleep."

"Suitable for a late night arrival flight but not very comfortable and needs soundproofing from other guests. Entire place needs a decent upgrade and deep clean"

"Bed, kitchen, lounge area & bathroom was very clean, neat & tidy, everything was in place. However my moved whenever the occupants next door moved( the shook) I didn't feel safe in my room as the locked door handle seemed lose & not very secure."

"Clean & comfortable. Unfortunately a little noisy for our liking. Alot of doors slamming & people talking in the hallway at all hours. No food option onsite for dinner. Close enough to airport."
