My family stay at Tzaneen Guest House

It is a very friendly environment but not worth what I paid. The triple room is like an old granny house, the linen not even the right sizes for the beds, towels not that clean, no bathfoams etc sachet, wardrobe has only 4 hangers, no drinking water supplied, no glasses. Just cups, tea/coffee sachet supplied with very cheap plastic spoons. It was too cold and the aircon was disfuctioning, No enough plugs for cellphone chargers and other electronics. I had to go buy two pin plugs to able to charge phones. I would rate it as a 2 star accommodation. It truly and honestly needs renovation. The bath turps do not close properly and there were no no stoppers for the basins in the bathroom. Am not sure there is a supervisor who checks if rooms are properly neat and clean as there is too much dust and too much spiderwebs on bedside lamps.
