"Breakfast was excellent as was the room. We especially liked the room which was bright and airy and provided a view of the rooftop lounge. The decor and the layout of the room was very contemporary and a welcome change from the typical hotel room. Location was great, too! "

"They cancelled my booking when I tried to check in because I was traveling with a cat. It was one night. Instead me and my pet slept in the car that night and I got zero money back because the booking was non refundable. These people didn’t even try. I will never trust a “Quality” inn and suites again. They took my money and I had nowhere to stay. Completely unacceptable. "

"Room was clean and breakfast was good however there were two basketball teams and a cheerleading team all staying at the hotel, the chaperones were not around a whole lot as the basketball teams were playing in and out of the pool and then jumping into the hot tub we were in jumping on us and splashing us and then using the handicap chair lift at one point there were about 15 to 18 teens in the hot tub with us. Some of the kids were respectful while others were not, kids were running around the hotel well until after 1230am playing ding dong ditch. Normally we haven’t had any issues before with our stay but this time it was much worse and sleeping was an issue. Normally im not a karen about this but this was beyond frustrating."

"The location was good and made getting around very convenient. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, though it felt a bit smaller than expected. One downside was that the lobby was undergoing major renovations during my stay, which took away from the overall aesthetic and first impression. Overall, a solid stay with a great location, but the renovation impacted the experience slightly."

"The house is a great place to relax the pool and hot tub and sauna all were fantastic. Alex is a great hostess she messaged us a few times during our 8 night stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The pool and hot tub were professionally checked mid week to make sure everything was working and clean. It was really cold weather but the sunroom was warm and loved swimming in the morning.our two dogs loved the fenced in yard plenty of dogs in the neighborhood behind the fence there is a dog my dog’s loved the excitement. Lastly the beach is really close we walked our pups there a lot. Thanks Alexa for a great time "

"This was my first trip away since having kids 12 years ago. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The parking lot, lobby, halls and room were very clean. Our dinner and breakfast at the Inn were absolutely delicious. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors complimented each other well. It was difficult to make a choice on what to order. We didn't have a pet with us but did see several dogs during dining and were impressed with dog menu. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay at the Inn and if you are unable to at least have a meal in the restaurant. We are already planning a longer stay next time. "
