The Knife River Marina, only 1 mile away from Stony Point Place, offers a boat launch and a sandy beach. Hiking enthusiasts will find numerous trails nearby, including the scenic Knife River Trails.

We enjoyed the awesome weather; the yard was big enough to set up a badmitten net and play overlooking Lake Superior. Beautiful campfire spot. A great location between Two Harbors & Duluth.

We booked this beach house for a family getaway to the North Shore and couldn't have been happier! The property was exactly as described, clean, and we'll stocked for all our needs as we relaxed together and explored the Knife River/Two Harbors area. This home has a beautiful view of Lake Superior. Close to Two Harbors and Duluth. And it made a day trip to Grand Marais and all the sights in between very doable. Our family, ages 50 - 80, found it comfortable with all the amenities of home.

Fantastic location and wonderful decks and water front. Close to Duluth and Two Harbors. Easy access to locations further North. Our group found lots of opportunities for hiking and kayaking in the area. And, there is a fun candy store and a famous smokehouse nearby.

This property was a great place to stay for our family of 10! It provided comfortable accommodations, a big yard for games, and a great shoreline for swimming (wear water socks), yes swimming despite the cold temp of the water (kids and adults had fun to see who could stay in the water the longest), searching for rocks, camp fires, and taking “5” to just sit, relax and enjoy the beauty of the water. I definitely recommend this property for your family stay on the North Shore.

My siblings and spouses needed a place to gather around Duluth. This location was just as advertised. Easy arrival and departure. The place is very well stocked with needed service ware, cooking ware and utensils. Nice big deck to gather and eat on. Lovely big yard. Fantastic proximity to the lake and nice view. The property is quiet albeit the occasional train which runs close to the house but only during the day so not significant.Everything worked well and we had the supplies we needed that were promised to be provided.A good experience!

Great location, unfortunately weather was cold and rainy ! We are always looking for places to fit our growing family get together. Bill’s place holds 10 but we are already over on the head count. Beds very comfy, ceilings a little low upstairs for my 6ft and over boys though!😁

Outside area, location and views are fantastic. However the house left a little to be desired. Master bedroom had no closet to hang clothes (and we were in town for a wedding and wanted to hang our good clothes up). It also had no AC unit and wasn’t lit very well at all. Both showers were extremely slippery, almost dangerously slippery. Everyone did think the beds were pretty comfortable, so that was a plus. Luckily

This trip celebrated my mother's 98th birthday and this Vrbo allowed her to have access to all the main floor. Her bedroom and bathroom were set off for privacy. The bed was too high for her to get into, so we used a stool from upstairs as a step. The kitchen was well stocked, even with some essential spices. Three bathrooms (although none in the upstairs) were plenty adequate and well stocked with essentials. The beds and pillows were all comfortable - not a small thing to have! We sat on the gigantic deck in the sun with a perfect view of Lake Superior and got some great shots of the sunrise. A private backyard and easy parking spaces. We all rated this one of the best places we've stayed and my mother loved it! Thank you!

The view and beach area were excellent! The home was OK but not worth the cost. Older home trying to keep up, just not a good fit for us. Could have been cleaner. Bedroom/bathroom layout is not convenient. Kitchen is small.
