We had a very peaceful stay! The cabin is beautifully done with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous kitchen and comfortable beds. Very close to Gooseberry Falls, Iona's Beach, Tettegouche State Park, Betty's pies and Duluth along with many other sites and restaurants to explore. Host Chad was very helpful.
We had a great stay at the cabin with lots to do in the area. Plenty of room for us to come back to after our adventures and continue to hang out. Highly recommend!
The cabin is very cute and very clean. The host made the stay easy and answered all of my questions before our stay too.We saw many deer and played the provided games.

Cabin was clean and communication from host was excellent.
Our family (two adults and two kids ages 5 and 2) had a wonderful stay! Check-in/check-out were a breeze thanks to the host's great communication. Everything in the cabin was in great shape and exactly as listed (if not better than the pictures!). We had a fantastic 5 days. Highly recommend!

The home is beautiful with large windows and a distant view of Lake Superior. Very comfortable and cozy. Seems very new and clean.
The property was in great condition when we arrived, and everything worked as promised. One of the best locations and very private. Communication with the owner was better than we could have expected. Highly recommend!
My family and I stayed here for our son’s wedding. The home was very clean, plenty of bedding and towels. Chad, the host was very good with communication. If you love to be In a secluded area, but close to all the activities this is the place to be!
This was a very nice three bedroom home (we used 2 of the bedrooms) and 2 baths. During the day you could hear the cars on the highway but at night it was very peaceful. It was lovely sitting on the deck and turning the fire on. Would stay there again.
This cabin is beautiful. Our group stayed in February and had a great time. There was so much room for us all! It was very clean. It had everything that we needed. We would love to stay again in the summer.
We had a great stay. Loved the set up and cozy atmosphere. The deer and eagles were fun to watch. The grandchildren loved Gooseberry Falls and the Split Rock Lighthouse. We even had a movie night and a game night too. The kitchen is awesome and had everything we needed. Wonderful home for a vacation
Our group of friends enjoyed our time there while attending a friends wedding in Two Harbors. All was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed playing board games while we were there.
We truly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was private and very clean. It was right in the middle of our site seeing adventure. The only disappointing point was the extra fee for the extra bedrooms. If you have children it would be wise to bring an air mattress or two to set up in the loft which is wide open space.
Loved this spot for our long weekend in the north shore. Close to state parks, two harbors, and Duluth.
Beautiful sunrise and fall foliage views from the deck and cute visits from deer in the woods.
We wished for some more seating options in the main kitchen area for morning coffee when it was too wet to be outside on the deck (other than sitting at dining table). I think this spot would benefit from furniture in loft (it’s empty) and maybe air mattresses to accommodate families with children. Could easily host more folks in the cabin with a few more accommodations.
Would 100% stay here again and recommend.
It was mostly good. It was private like we wanted, clean and well furnished. One small complaint, only bedrooms had curtains. Curtains on all windows and doors would have been nice, especially when dark and interior lights are on. Biggest complaint was it was listed with air conditioning, but either too small or not functioning. Heat up during the day and if no wind very slow to cool down at night with open windows. Some of the screens had small tears patched with band aids and a few bugs got in.
AC on didn't lower inside temperature. We don't leave windows open at night at our own house and don't want to leave them open at night at our vacation rental.
