Great Place to Stay
Our family went skiing at Spirit Mountain. It was a wonderful location. Close to the hill, pool for the kids, and close to other entertainment. Very clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Great location!
The property was great! Exactly as listed, close to everything and the pool access was great for kids! Very clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Communication with host was easy and did not need much since everything was well laid out in the booking. Great stay!

Canal park
We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful place and comfy beds. It was nice that we were walking distance to restaurants and shops. The cleanup was very easy compared to some other rentals. It was more costly than we anticipated with the additional fees from Vrbo and we were not able to use the pool one of the days due to maintenance. Bottom line, we would stay again.

Short getaway to Duluth with kids!
We absolutely loved this place! So clean and homey:) It was great being right downtown within walking distance of lots of things. Also so convenient having the brewery on site. Pool was great and not packed like a hotel pool can be. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Great location, perfect set up!
We loved the location, walking distance to restaurants, the lift bridge, and shops! Modern decor, comfortable beds and loved the shuffle board, too. Sound machine was a nice added touch. My family enjoyed hot tub, pool, and sauna as well. Highly recommend.

Fun birthday weekend getaway
We were in Duluth to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday with friends. This was a perfect place to stay and had everything we needed. Most of the things we wanted to do were within walking distance in Canal Park. The condo was clean and well stocked with anything we needed. We loved our stay and hope to come back sometime soon!

Duluth Long Weekend
Wonderful place to hang out and warm up on a chilly Duluth weekend. The rooms were large and comfortable , especially the beds. Having access to the pool hot tub was very nice. Walking distance to everything in Canal Park. The parking lot was wonderful. Not having to pay for parking was the cherry on top.

Modern and Amazing
Unique and special property. My teen and tween were impressed by the decor. Beds were comfy and the entire family enjoyed the shuffleboard. Walked to all the attractions and restaurants at Canal Park. HIGHLY recommend.

Girls getaway
I met with my girlfriends in Duluth. We enjoyed the room, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the living area to sit and talk in! The pool area was less than desirable, the sauna was closed until further notice and the hot tub was a funny color. But communication was great with property manager when it came to the parking passes and also the fire in the building on Saturday morning. We would probably stay again! Beds were great!

Great Duluth condo in a great location
The 2 bedroom/2 bath condo was very nice, clean, great setup. We walked to many nearby Canal Park restaurants as well as the boardwalk near Canal Park Lodge (very close). The ROKU for streaming was set up well and the unit had a very nice heat-a-later fireplace (looked great too) on the wall. Nicely equipped not only with a Keurig, but also a great selection of coffee pods and also tea bags.
It was everything and more that we hoped for for our family get-away.
I highly recommend it.

We loved our 24 hour stay but experienced difficulties with the parking passes and getting access to the unit, which delayed us being able to start our vacation.

Weekend getaway
Lovely apartment that was super clean. Easy to find and get into. We had a great weekend. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to duluth.
