"We enjoyed our stay in kookaburra studio apartment. The room was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. The beach chairs and cooler that were provided were a nice surprise. Small issue and they were right there to take care of it. Great location. Can easily travel from north to south end. We did not use the pool because we were exploring and on the beaches but it is there and maintained if you care to. Also, beautiful sunset right across the street. Would stay there again. "

"I had a great relaxing week at Governor's Harbor...the cottage was perfect (including a supporting bed). John, the owner/host was always available when needed and always helpful. I got in a routine....coffee, news and a book early morning, then off to find a beach to snorkel and walk at...then find a beach lunch and then siesta...around 5 or 6 I would walk down to Twin Cove for an evening dip in the crystal clear Atlantic...then a lite dinner and people watching...repeat for 7 days. I came back relaxed and happy! Great host, great location. I'd do it again!!"

"It was our 30th anniversary The house wasn’t at all as described floor panel was old and make squeaky noise when you step on them we had issue with water going weak couple times you can’t take a shower or use the toilet Sliding doors to the deck are hard to open needs replacement The deck is in very bad shape screws and some wood are coming out rails around the deck is falling down chairs and beach umbrella were rusted You have to wear your shoes to be able to walk on the deck Overall this place needs some major work We tried to check out early but the owner refused She didn’t even care that she ruined our anniversary Definitely we don’t recommend this place it is not what you read in the descriptions we wish they were more honest Location of the house Is nice even though it is not on a beachfront but it is a walking distance from French leaves beach "

"The rental was perfectly described. It was VERY clean, cozy for just me, and in a great location. It is only a two minute drive into Governors Harbor, the epicenter of the island, and lots of dining options. Cupids Cay, just 3 minutes away, is the perfect spot to view and photograph the island's famous sundowns, and if you're lucky, you'll get a visit from a local "potcake" dog! I would most definitely stay here again!"
