"My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Villa Allamanda. It was our first time on Eleuthera and the accommodations exceeded our expectations. I had searched for a couple weeks on VRBO on the different Bahama "out islands" to try to find the "right" place. I was getting frustrated when I finally came upon Villa Allamanda on Eleuthera. It was perfect; the inside was beautiful and very functional. One of our favorite features was seeing the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening from our deck. Wow! One morning we saw the most beautiful rainbow that we could almost reach out and touch! The lodging is located on a ridge where we could see both the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the "Caribbean Sea" to the west. And there were delightful ocean breezes that kept the space cooler. The owner and designer of Villa Allamanda, John McCardy, was a delightful host. He was incredibly prompt and helpful when we reached out to him with questions about our place or the island. The place is centrally located near Governor's Harbor, which allowed us to easily explore both the northern and southern parts of the island. I don't think you can find a better place to stay on Eleuthera!"

"The room was clean and well stocked. It is across from the beach with a beautiful pool that is well maintained. I loved that it had a full size refrigerator, stove, dish washer, washer and dryer and the other items you would need in a kitchen along with a coffee maker and coffee! It is walking distance from the grocery store, some restaurants and the liquor store. We stayed another night we liked it so well. Great location for day trips to other parts of Eleuthera!"

"We loved Driftwood. It was the perfect house for my family of seven adults. We all had our own bathrooms, the beds were comfy and everything was well appointed and beach. The location was amazing . 5 minutes to beach by foot. The pool and coconuts kept the boys busy, while we lounged on the biggest most beautiful beach I've ever seen . French leave beach was pristine. The management company was so responsive ! It was a wonderful vacation we will never forget. Thank you."
