"The room was absolutely disgusting, dirt and grime everywhere the floors were sticky and behind the bed was filthy with grey stuff, the air conditioner was peeling and falling apart, we had to carry our 75 lb bags up 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was down. There were people doing drugs and being sketchy and to top it off the manager was so extremely rude. I will never be coming here again. We had originally planned to stay for 4 nights and got out the next morning because of how bad it was annd how unsafe it we felt. Also the bed was so uncomfortable sleeping on the floor would’ve been better. There were no blankets just sheets. And the door didn’t latch all the way, we had a hard time opening it and a very hard time getting it to close and lock. We spent about 25 minutes trying to open the door, and the manager was so rude and nasty. Do not book with the motel!! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel."

"Room was clean but sheets had a perfume to them. Breakfast was okay but no water to drink. Staff was probably the most un-customer supportive than I’ve experienced at a holiday inn. Not rude but no frills, no hello as you walk in or out, and barely greeted me when checking in or out. Just head down, do the job, and go. It was fine, just not what I’d expect from this hotel. "

"Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and well thought out. Breakfast buffet was a great way to start our day trip to Joshua Tree."

"The property was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I really loved almost everything about it. However it is listed as a two bedroom and I feel that is misleading. It is a studio house. The is a master bed with curtains separating it from the living room where there is a pull out couch. I wish it was made a little clearer in the description because it made for an awkward night between my parents, I and my boyfriend having to share that space. "

"Located a short drive to the North Entrance to JT National Park - great location for a JT park trip. Property was spacious, comfortable, and clean. As presented in pictures. Recommended / would stay there again."
