"I always like staying here when I have to come to Rochester/Mayo for appointments. The customer service has always been great. The breakfast has been great and the rest of the amenities are great for what I need. They have a courtesy van that can take you to your appointment and some other places. They also have an excellent restaurant right in the hotel. "

"I hated the bed and the pillows. Bed was super firm and the pillows were like 12 inch squares instead of the normal pillow size. Walls were really thin there was a baby crying most of the night and i wasnt able to sleep. Super fustrating. I wasnt intown for leisure. I had work at mayo early the next morning and just needed rest i was not able to get that. "

"The rooms were comfortable. You had the option to cook your meals there or go out. Full size fridge, microwave and 2 burner stove top. Complete with dishes and dish washer. "

"Room service and in house restaurants are very expensive. Room was ok but the heat and air did not function properly. Biggest plus is it’s the closest hotel to the Mayo Clinic. Can’t beat that. Overall ok. "
