The Ivory 20 is a modern and tasteful 3-bedroom apartment, located in the heart of Tweed Heads, only a few hundred metres from Coolangatta’s worldclass beaches.
The stylish apartment is located on the fifth floor and features lovely views of the Tweed river and even Mount Warning in the distance.
Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, The Ivory 20 is also pet friendly, so even your dog can join you while you relax on holidays!
The Ivory 20 features 3 bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a double bed. All bedrooms come with ceiling fans and there is reverse cycle ducted air-conditioning to the living room, main bedroom and second bedroom.
The loungeroom is light and airy and equipped with comfortable, stylish furnishings and flat screen smart TV and Wi-Fi. It leads though to your own private balcony equipped with comfortable lounge setting and featuring views of the Tweed river and surrounding hinterland including Mount Warning.
Cooking and entertaining is easy in the modern fully equipped kitchen featuring stone benchtops, gas cooktop and new appliances including dishwasher and coffee machine.
There are 2 bathrooms - master with ensuite, both with walk in showers and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.
The Ivory also features a generous communal rooftop terrace balcony with barbeque and is the perfect spot to enjoy the panoramic views over the ocean and river. There is parking for one car and lift access to the apartment.
Pet friendly property for one dog only (no cats or other pets permitted). Dogs must not be left at the property unattended and all attempts must be made to minimise barking.
The Ivory is located a stones throw from the Tweed River and foreshore where a lovely waterside path leads into Coolangatta, where you'll find a huge range of shopping and dining options and of course, the beautiful beach. The Ivory is also conveniently located close to Tweed Bowls Club, Tweed Mall Shopping Centre and Twin Towns Services Club.

Keys Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive north of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
Linen Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Loves the space
The peace and quiet was perfect
Access to the shopping centre was ideal, and the coffees we got from there fed our souls beautifully 😊
It’s a great little spot
We loved our stay the holiday rental team were a pleasure to deal with the unit was great nice and clean, pet friendly is a huge plus for us, only small issue was some rather dodgy characters hanging around the river in tents and back of hospital, no problems with them just a little unpleasant the unit itself though is great, and really close to Coolangatta on bikes, lots of eateries nearby and a nice walk along the river.
Everything is in walking distance from the water to the shopping centre and club's. 3 minutes drive up the road and your at kira beach and another shopping centre with timezone for the kid's to keep them occupied while you go to do retail therapy.
We absolutely loved the modern feel of the apartment, the open space and location. It was walking distance to all amenities and the beach with a lot of walking places. Especially loved having my family dog stay with us as we consider him a family. Have rebooked for Christmas stay,
Would of been nice for chairs on the balcony and a barbeque on the roof. But other wise we had a nice relaxing stay very quiet apartment block and street.

Disappointing
It was disappointing that there is no balcony furniture, no dvd player and no wifi available. For the price paid to stay at this property I don't think it is too much to expect. The location is very good.
Nice apartment, lovely area but the construction noise right at the balcony was so loud. It was not in the advert, we were only told a couple of days before that it would be minimal noise. It really spoilt what shouldve been a peaceful break away. No sleep-ins and no quiet reading on the balcony. In an email we were also told it was secure parking (we had specifically asked for this). We tried to put roller door down but it only went down a little stopping us reversing jet ski in with our car. It was totally rusted out. On another occasion we went to go jet skiing and the roller door was fully down and couldn't be rolled back up. I contacted property manager and it was fixed in a couple of hours....too late for us to go out jetsking however. Total waste of our money.
