We had a great stay in Tuxpan. The personnel were very nice and professional. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had variations in the menu from day to day. We will definitely stay again.

The hotel didn’t have rooms available at checkin time. They gave us the room 4 hours after we arrived and with difficulty.

The property is nice but the AC is controlled and won’t go under 74 degrees! Had to call and complain until we were told it will never go under 74 because that’s how the hotel saves costs! The breakfast was good but they check to make sure you belong to the room you are in. Ice is on 2nd floor and your key card won’t let you go up the elevator to any other floor but yours so no ice for us! This is definitely not the holiday inn from the United States!

La segunda vez que me hospedo, tanto el desayuno como la tranquilidad, la alberca y el personal todo bien, lo malo el elevador luego no subía o abría y cerraba las puertas ya después de varios intentos funcionaba era el de la derecha el que hacía eso el otro funcionaba bien pero dependía cual te mandaban al presionar el botón
