Todo fue excelente, la limpieza de todas las instalaciones en general, el comedor tiene el distintivo H que es el máximo en hotelería de higiene, el desayuno que está incluído en el hospedaje siempre delicioso y la amabilidad del personal ni se diga, siempre atentos! La alberca está hermana y limpia! Es el mejor hotel!

La propiedad está bien pero con la habitación tuvimos varios temas, la puerta del baño no cerraba estaba totalmente descuadrada y solo la podíamos emparejar, tambien nos la entregaron sin teléfono y supimos que no le habían dejado teléfono por que cuando baje a recepcion a checar los detalles que se suscitaron me dice el de la recepción nos hubiera marcado para q no bajara y le contesto cuentan con teléfono las habitaciones a lo q responde claro y le dijo pues la mía no tiene! Nos entregaron la habitación sin toalla de manos y con solo 2 toallas cuando la reserva fue echa para 3 personas y la encargada en ese momento me hizo el comentario de que tenían escases de toallas por que su lavadora se descompuso cosas que creo estaba de más que me dijera, también tenia telarañas en las esquinas de la habitación y lo peor que encontramos cucarachas medianas cuando les fui a decir nos cambiaron de habitación y en esa volvieron a salir mas pero pequeñitas. Y aunque fueron atendidos todos los detalles pronto se me hicieron varios inconvenientes en tan solo medio día de estancia lo que se me ofreció como compensacion es poder hacer el check out de la habitación a las 4 máximo cuando normal es a la 1 pero el tema no era ese el tema es que creo que por el tipo de cadena que es fue mucho el descuido.

El hotel está muy limpio, servicio excelente. Afuera del hotel está el café de la Parroquia de Veracruz, así que es una muy buena opción para comida y cena
