"Super clean, plenty of parking, nice little lake, quiet area. Close enough to town to get anything you may need, yet tranquil setting. Stayed during the winter, but would love to come back during the summer months."

"We totally loved the place and will be back. That being said, a few things could be better upkept. The portable a/c in the closet was quite dirty and a bit of a pain to set up. The water is fine for washing and the bathroom but dont plan on drinking it if avoidable. Tall people will find it tricky to navigate in some spots. Main thing to remember is it is a cabin and feels as such. Luxury it is not. We wouldn't have it any other way."

The property was stunning, the facilities were immaculate, and every detail of the cabin was thoughtfully considered by the hosts. We'll definitely be coming back!"

"The property is very nice, smells wonderful when you walk in and found everything to be clean. We had a wonderful time sitting by the fire each night and the river was peaceful and relaxing. I do want to let future renters know that there is no cell service for Verizon at this location, but you can drive a few miles down the road and get cell service."

"This cabin is so wonderful we never wanted to leave! The location is so beautiful, right on the river with a big fire pit and a deck right on the river. We came to float the PM, but unfortunately got rained out but we didn’t even care because the cabin was so cozy on a rainy day. Amenities are plentiful and everything was as described. Charles is a great communicator and was very helpful. Highly recommend staying here, and we hope to return in the future!"

"We were very impressed with the experience at the property. As soon as you walk in you can smell the cleaness and the importance to detail. You will find alot of little personal touches that make this a great get away. There is plenty of toys and new experiences to be had and you wont be disappointed. We had a chance to meet them prior to check out and I must say they are great people. If your looking for a great place to stay do not hesitate you will not be disappointed."

"Perfect cabin/cottage in the woods overlooking the Muskegon River. While we stayed only one night, would have loved to had more time to do some kayaking! Highly recommended!! "

"This is a beautiful, remote, spacious cabin in a tranquil setting outside of Tustin, MI with a 15-20 minute drive to Cadillac. Pros: Large common spaces, on the river, large front porch, well-equpped modern and clean kitchen, washer/dryer, huge loft for kids/parents to comfortably stay with their own space, very quiet location if one is looking for solitude. Yoder's grocery is closeby (absolute "must stop" for their Amish baked goods). Considerations: no wi-fi, open concept can be a bit noisy if...

"Beautiful, cozy, clean cabin. Perfect for our stay. Wish we could have spent more time at the cabin and enjoyed the view of the river, the deck and the peace and quiet. The queen bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!"
