"Hotel and room was beautiful. Upscale without being snooty. Very clean. Check in staff were just okay. No water or anything offered. No ice on any floor and had to go down to bar for a glass of ice. Mini fridge is so packed w hotel beverages for purchase there is no room for your own. No iron/board in room. There is a hotel shuttle to downtown events. No one mentioned that but it passed as we were walking to our event. "

"I really wanted to like this place and rarely leave negative reviews however…started with listing stating no hidden fees & that rental was pet friendly. Within 30 minutes of booking, I was requested to pay a per pet fee, which was not mentioned anywhere in listing. OK, paid that. Wanted to watch March Madness, but no TV remote for main TV messaged them, response, OK we dropped off. No you didn’t? Response we will drop off. Waited another couple hours with no remote or drop off. Too late, we will drop off tomorrow. I said not acceptable, they said we will prioritize tomorrow, never heard from them again. Looking for the remote found couch & chair cushions stained on both sides, food & dirty silverware under couch. Closet door in bedroom was broken off, walking around the apartment my socks got dirty really quick like the floor was not very clean. Fingerprints/various dirt on walls throughout. The sleeper sofa was one of those old school 2 inch springy mattresses with the bar across your back, so not realistic for two adults to sleep comfortably on, linens balled up in closet w flat pillows. Plus side location was awesome & parking spot included in lot across street. Great local manual. Otherwise, I feel like they are putting in minimal effort. A comfortable sofa sleeper & chair, a deep cleaning & investing in some new towels & linens along with a responsive host would make this ideal. As it is, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"We came to Lexington for a Cheer competition, this location was perfect for getting to and from Rupp Arena, less than 10 minutes. Jason was extremely accommodating and communicated almost immediately when we had questions. The townhouse was also within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Will definitely book again if back in the area for arena events. "

"Got to the room and it was dirty, ie: long hair all over the shirt, stained wash cloths etc.. mattress was bad and seemed old. You could feel the base When laying in it and was nosey like it was covered in a vinyl bag. Every time you move, you felt and sounded like you were inside of a paper bag. Front desk seemed annoyed when I asked to have new wash cloths changed out and the shower cleaned. Normally I don’t complain, but when I pay almost $500 for a week, I expected to at least be uncomfortable. Definitely not what normal 21C hotels are like. "
