The room was filthy. There was dried vomit on the side of the night stand and the room smelled of cigarette smoke. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The staff were polite and friendly.

This property was difficult to find late at night, but Josh stayed with me on the phone til I got there (my GPS wasn't working). The staff is so friendly (met most of them on our 2 night stay) and attended to any request we had! We were in the handicap room, new sink, toilet & shower. Bed clean and good. Nice towels. Only "problem" is that the carpet has to go and they are working on it. Good breakfasts. Would stay there again for the price we paid.

This place was absolutely terrible. As soon as you walked in it smelt horrible, when we got up to our room the mold smell hit you immediately and made us all sick.

The only real issue I had was I stayed there for 3 days and housekeeping never came by and I asked for clean towels the whole time snd was told they had none snd they gave me a couple hand towels

This hotel is very old and poorly maintained everything they claim on the website they offer they do not have. The continental breakfast is nonexistent they had no coffee cups no napkins, no plates no condiments. All you offered is two donuts in a garbage bag a bagel in a garbage bag and some two slices of bread in a garbage bag there is no cream cheese no jelly no nothing if you use a toaster be prepared to burn your hands when you bring it to Staff’s attention they said they don’t care coffee is supposed to be available in the office area 24 seven however they do not supply cups when they did get cups. It was past the breakfast time. Do not stay here unless you really don’t care about losing your money.

When I arrived at about 10pm, there were several suspicious looking people standing in the front of the front door. I almost kept going but I had already reserved the room and paid for it. They gave me a room on the second floor, but no elevators so I had to carry all of my luggage upstairs 2 flights. When I opened the door to the room, immediately I noticed that one bed was made up and the other looked like someone just got out of it. The covers was half way on the floor and the sheets were wrinkled. I had to make myself stay because that was the last room according to the front desk, so leaving there would have meant searching for another hotel and I was already exhausted. So I checked for bugs because the room was that suspicious but I did not see any. The carpeting was filthy and sticky so I had to wear shoes just to walk around the room. In the bathroom, there was a dirty towel hanging on the towel bar and a washcloth in the sink so needless to say, I didn't even trust the towels and cloths that were folded. I turn the water on in the sink and there was a trickle of cold water, no hot. I didn't sleep all night because my brain and nervous system was on guard for anything that was moving or out of the ordinary. I even left a lamp on because I didn't trust that particular room in the dark. It was a terrible experience overall. When I checked out, I let the front desk know of these things and they apologized and said I would get a discount the next stay. That won't happen!

There was no chair at the desk and when I asked for one, they did not have any. They said people just break them and they no longer offer them. The floor felt damp and sticky. The room had an odor to it, not a clean smell. No shampoo in the shower, just a bar of soap.
