"We had a great time in this beautiful house, with huge sitting area and a fantastic swimming pool which is perfect for staying cool on hot days. There are many beautiful towns and places to see not far from the house. However, the house was so nice that we spent most of the time in the swimming pool and garden. "The house was a real gem - fantastic all around. Truly off-off the beaten track, peaceful, with all the amenities you may need. It was very clean, super comfortable and really enjoyable. We stayed for 7 nights and could have easily stayed longer. Lots of small villages to visit within less than 1 hour and Orvieto is also close. The hosts, Manuela and Martin, were superb - friendly, quick to respond to any question or request we had. In short - highly recommended"

"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"If I could write a novel about this place this would be the perfect place to do it. A traditional rustic farmhouse that simply has everything single thing you need and if not the lovely host will find it. The setting is glorious. The history is wondrous and the pool is to die for. This was truly the most magical holiday. I will say that I was totally dubious owing to the fact that there were no reviews but I need not have worried. Simply stunning in every way."

"I spent a week in this lovely house. Perfectly situated in the center of the village, near cafes and restaurants run by charming people. Kitchen was ample for preparing breakfast and light meals. Convenient parking and easy access to roads leading to Tuscany, Umbria, and Rome. Easy day trips to Orvieto, Montepulciano, Spoleto, Todi, even Perugia. Luca/host was responsive to emails and phone calls, but also respected our privacy. I would stay here again."

Der Strand ist idyllisch, auf dem kurzen und steilen Weg dahin wachsen Brombeeren. Auch im Garten haben unsere Kinder gerne gespielt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und entspannt, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Einziges kleines Manko der Wohnung: kein Seeblick. Aber da ist man ja tagsüber und man kann sie vom Garten aus sehen. Und hinten raus...

Le Vie Del West is a sushi restaurant that turned out to have some of the best rice noodle dishes that we’ve had. The house was clean and had a piano our son enjoyed playing. There were also treats left for us which were a welcome site. "

"We were a group of 3 brothers with their wives and 5 children aged 11-19. The house was extremely comfortable. Thank goodness for the air conditioning in the bedrooms as August 2019 was very hot. The pool was excellent and the family loved the outdoor chess. Nothing was too much trouble for Paolo and his team. The surrounding area is lovely and Orvieto is only a short drive away. We very much want to return in 2020 (but are having to wait to see what happens with Brexit 😢) "
