"7 Bells is a delightful place to stay, run by a lovely man in Stefano. He continued the theme that we had up to then encountered in Italy, of kind and helpful people. The accommodation was bright and the room big. The bed comfortable and also big. There was a sun terrace overlooking the street which would have been our venue for an early evening drink, had it been a fraction warmer. Stefano gave us guidance as to how to avoid expensive taxis by using the shuttle bus. The town itself was typically Italian and in search of essentials I was helped by shop staff in two locations. If I were in need of accommodation in Civitavecchia again, I wouldn't hestitate to return here. "

"The attention for me was overwhelming. I am not used to this treatment. Everyone of the staff was helpful and nice. I got a couple notes: - Do the things in the bigger towns that you need before arriving to this place because the options are limited and not convenient - Come in a car because public transportation is doable but I don’t recommend - the public spring waters are not a minute walk. It took me 30 minutes to walk to the exit of the resort and when I put the gps to go to the place it was another 30 minutes. Recommendations: Not necessary but it will have help me and save me the embarrassment (again it was mainly my fault ) - invest in an ATM so foreigners can have an easy access to cash since the hotel does not do currency exchange. Other than that, I will have to come again when my health is better to see the public spring waters. Thank you for your service."
