Beschwerde wegen der Unterkunft Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte eine Beschwerde bezüglich unseres Aufenthalts in dem gemieteten Ferienhaus einreichen. Leider wich die Unterkunft in mehreren Punkten erheblich von der Beschreibung in Ihrem Angebot ab: • Im Angebot waren Kinderpools angegeben – vor Ort gab es diese jedoch nie, • das Angeln, das als Möglichkeit beworben wurde, war nicht erlaubt, • auf den Fotos und in der Beschreibung waren eine Senseo-Maschine und ein Backofen angegeben, diese waren jedoch nicht vorhanden, • zudem funktionierte der Warmwasserboiler sehr schlecht und schaltete sich ständig aus, was die Nutzung stark erschwerte. Aufgrund dieser Abweichungen sehe ich das Angebot als irreführend an. Ich bitte um eine Erklärung und um einen angemessenen Vorschlag zur Entschädigung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Rus
