"Great location, Excellent staff, good breakfast. However, I cannot believe we got stained curtains and thinned out cheap towels for the price we paid. Moreover the sofa bed was so uncomfortable, felt every hard piece underneath."

"The room needed refreshed. Marks on the walls from suitcase. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was loose and hanging sideways. Bathroom shower would flood the floor every time it's used. Bathroom trash can lid didn't function. Floors in the room needed to be mopped. Walking on the floor without socks on our feet would get filthy. Daytime reception staff was excellent and attentive. Evening reception staff was not attentive. No explanation of how to use the sauna and steam rooms was given. No explanation about bike rental was shared. The bedding was clean and comfortable. The couch was stained. "
