"The dishwasher was full of dishes and it was smelly.There was a beach towel in the washing machine that smelt like it had been there for a while.We washed the dishes and ran the washing machine and threw the towel away as it had mold in it.The backyard grass was rather long.The rest of the accommodation was wonderful.We would stay again."

"Had a fantastic stay at this property in Bawley Point over a long weekend for my birthday.With five people in total, the house layout was very comfortable, and its location was only a short walk from several beaches in the area. The property had several outdoor areas backing onto nearby bushland, including a backyard, outdoor firepit, and two wooden decked areas for outdoor seating which was great for having big celebratory meals around. The property was generously equipped with a wide selection of kitchen utensils, as well as beach equipment, toiletries, and outdoor supplies, (eg: BBQ, gas, firewood, insect repellent). The host was incredibly accommodating providing regular communication and clear check-in/check-out instructions and also allowed us to check-out later than the agreed time at no extra cost. The host also supplied an in depth compendium which included information about specific appliances and features of the house which was very helpful.The well-maintained house complemented the overall experience of the weekend away which was enjoyed by everyone in my group. I'll definitely be checking to see if this place is available the next time I visit Bawley Point. Thanks for having us!"

"This is the second time we have stayed at Chris and Paul’s house and it was just as great as the first time. The house has everything we need and is in a perfect spot just over the hill from Bawley beach. Thanks for having us again."

"This was a good place to stay in terms of space and number of rooms but I think if you are going to continue to charge good money for it then some things need to be fixed. There was mold in the plug hole in the vanity unit in the main bathroom, and the skylight in that bathroom had mold all over it. There was also a leak under the vanity unit and there was water everywhere on the top shelf in the cabinet. The outside furniture on the deck, while sturdy enough to sit on, was very faded and sadly lacking in lacquer - it will not last for much longer if this is not done. The garden was also a tad overgrown and needed cutting back to avoid scratching cars in the driveway. Also overgrown at the front. Front steps looking as old as the outdoor furniture at the back, quite bendy underfoot and hard to climb for anyone with mobility issues. There should be a handrail at the front as the bottom step was quite steep. And we had to bring our own linen for this stay. It was ok but I'm disappointed considering the money I paid..."
