"Owners newly took over the place, I must say it isn't a perfect room and the hotel do need some more renovation and better bathrooms. However, hospitality there is just perfect, they really do try their best to make you feel comfortable. Beds are also very comfy and clean. "This was our first visit to Akçay. The hotel was very nice - clean, amazing breakfast and the swimming pool area is perfect. I suspect the property is a bit older but they have kept it up to date nicely. There was a problem with the drain from the air conditioner, but i handled it myself and it was fine. Onsite parking is a big plus, especially as we visited at a very busy time. Would stay again. "

"The property is pretty aged and not clean. There are limited food options but fairly tasty. The a/c was not working properly. The staff I wouldn’t say the happy employees, but they are friendly and helpful when you need them. In addition, the customer profile is a bit challenging population. In a nutshell, I wouldn’t stay there again."

"A lovely boutique hotel in Cunda within walking distance to the marina, restaurants, market. Parking across the street. Delicious Turkish breakfast with generous serves. Staff were friendly and courteous. The standard room was a little small but comfortable. I’m sorry I don’t speak Turkish to thank them for our short but enjoyable stay. Cunda is quiet and relaxing away from the busy-ness of Ayvalik and a short distance further if thinking about a stopover. Make sure you go to Tas Kahve for Turkish coffee or gelato and watch the coffee beans being ground by a handsome Turkish man lifting a 33 kg weight!"
