"If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet, spacious, and well-ventilated environment, I highly recommend it. I'd like to thank everyone, from the receptionist to the entire staff. "The staff is friendly and polite, but the rooms are not cleaned every day. Bottled water for coffee, toilet paper and towels are brought to the bathroom upon request.Otherwise they don’t bring any of those, they don’t clean everyday. I wake up early and breakfast doesn’t ready until almost 10am. Am an early bird so I need my coffee. Otherwise, it’s a nice family environment. I might consider coming back but they need to make sure they need to be on top of things without request. "

The air conditioning didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, it was dirty and then we noticed black mould in the room! We asked for a refund after we left via message and didn’t even get a response! No matter how desperate do not book this absolute nightmare! There are so many lovely places! Stay in Gure’ in a thermal hotel! "
