"The property itself is not the most eye-catching from the outside, however, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and adequately appointed, very quiet, and within short walking distance of the Royal Gorge Train depot and downtown Canon City. Coffee and a nice continental breakfast are offered as well. You can tell there is pride in ownership on this property -- it reflects in the care that has been taken in the Motel's cleanliness and attention to travelers' comfort!"

"Was a nice stay at this hotel. Staff was excellent, friendly & helpful. Parking lot and grounds clean and well lighted. Only one small thing was we stayed for three days and no one ever checked on the room so our trash got full, and the parking lot trash was full as well ha ha. Everything was quite good however."

"Probably the nicest place ive stayed in Canon City. That said theres not a lot of great options in that town, but everything was great. The hotel is older like everywhere else in town but pool was nice, room was clean and cool, bed was comfy. We had a room with door opening up to the pool and it was really nice. I didnt go to the bar or game room. Only downside was the free breakfast. Not so great, could have had some fruit or yogurt but other than that, decent place."
