"It was for me the first time I have been all by my self in a holtel, They only had one worker that was in charge of every thing. She was a nice yung Lady that appeare to not be so happy that she had to work for only one customer, we exachage what up numbers so I can let here know, my schedule.( This is not normal ) But ovel all the location was nice. "

"Had a Great first experience of Equador here. The staff was more than friendly, even though I know NO Spanish. The breakfast was very good, and the staff helped me out getting my wheelchair up and down the stairs. So nice. "

"The staff was excellent; the food spectacular (the chef used to work at the Hilton), they upgraded our room with no additional cost. The receptionist/waitress was very informative. The room was spotless and was cosy with nice lighting, a fireplace and electric heating. There is a lovely hike up to the top of the mountain, too. The whole place is very clean and organized with both indoor and outdoor thermal pools. Great for couples and families alike. "
