Customer service was great and they were very accommodating asked if we wanted service or not property was very clean there was a bit of ruckus outside the hotel but it was not on the property

Elevator stopped working while five of us were in it. Tried to call staff to discuss issue and they refused to engage in conversation. Simply stated that help was going to come.
