A two-story Moroccan arch frames the open-air main pool and living space, while a separate rooftop plunge pool and sunset lounge create another place to gather. The home has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms, one bedroom with two double beds, and two single beds in the living room. The villa also offers a full kitchen, air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, in-home laundry, gated parking, and smart-lock self check-in. The multi-level home has stairs and open pool areas, so children require close adult supervision.

Centro services are about 10–15 minutes on foot or a short bike or car ride. The ruins and Playa Paraíso are about 10 minutes by bike or car depending on traffic. The villa is professionally managed, and your dedicated concierge can help arrange paid transfers, tours, and reservations subject to availability. Optional services cost extra. Temporary water or power interruptions can occur in Tulum.
