"The hotel is fine if you’re there to gamble, but we didn’t realize the pool wasn’t open till mid May. There’s also no comforter, it was a thick sheet and a throw blanket. They said to call if we needed more and we could have but I figured we would just get another sheet. The shower also needed to be caulked. Free valet was a plus though"

"The casino was very good to me. I won a great sized jackpot!! The bar was very nice as well."

"Even though it was just for one night, the stay was perfect! Great rooftop views/bar, comfortable beds, large room that was clean and bright. Highly recommend. "

"This place a big disappointment! Was trying to relax and couldn’t. The swimming pool was cold the hot tub was warm not hot and they both had things floating in them and they had no towels in there and freezing cold! Little kids running up and down the hallway. And the breakfast was nasty cold and little kids making own plates and butting in front of people. I will not be staying there again! Showers was cold and room not very clean."

"The bed was hard as hell and the pillows were small and hard was supposed to have a balcony but never got it and the drawers was falling off"

"The vanity light in our bathroom did not work. Maintenance came and quickly fixed it. The first night of our stay we did not have hot water. They said the hot water heater was replaced and had to let the water run to warm up but it never got hot. The AC when running was very loud. The pillows were very uncomfortable and only three provided per bed."

"There are not small refrigerators in single master bedroom, unless you upgrade to a master suite. If you do need a refrigerator, they will rent you one in your room (portable) for $25.00 per night. They will place your needed refrigerator items in the refrigerator behind the front desk at no charge."
