  • Welcome to The Nest – Your Cozy Carlton Landing Retreat!

    You can't beat this location! This charming 1 story 2-bed, 2-bath townhome is just steps from Town Center including the Swim Beach, Boardwalk, Pop-Up Shops, Mama Tig’s, and Festival Lawn. The Nest features a king bed in the primary suite, a queen bed and twin bed in the guest room, and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. Ideal for up to 5 guests but can comfortably sleep up to 7. There's also a screened in porch and 1 reserved parking spot.

    Included in your stay is the use of 2 single kayaks and 1 paddle board!

The house is beautifully and very thoughtfully decorated. Very clean. Just as the pictures show it to be. The house is very centrally located, very short walks to the restaurants, beach, and two of the pools. We had a great stay and would definitely book here again!

This property was clean, cute and welcoming. We appreciated the single story lay out and wide sidewalks. The lake property was beautiful and relaxing. We weren't there during peak season, so there was not much to do--which was perfect for a relaxing time. We look forward to coming back in the fall when more things are open (pop up shops, food trucks, etc). Lastly, the host was quick to respond to emails and their information packet covered everything. Hopefully we will get to enjoy this great location again in the future!
