This beautifully updated & interior designer decorated home is situated in a popular & convenient South Tulsa neighborhood. This lovely, cozy home boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including a private Primary Suite with King bed & spacious private bath, a second king suite & queen bedroom suite which are down a private hallway & share a full bath. You will find 2 spacious living areas each with a gas log fireplace, lovely large dining area & updated kitchen with center island snack/prep counter perfect for gathering your family & friends. The primary suite is off the back living area & boasts a huge private bath with jetted tub & separate showers with his/hers sinks & closets - luggage racks in each bedroom plus hangers in closets. The two spacious guest suites are located down a private hallway off the front living room and host cozy spaces, luxury bedding & large closets. Also conveniently located near the laundry room, the guests share a large full bath stocked with hair dryer, soaps, shampoo/conditioners, & plenty of fresh towels. The front living area hosts a piano, large screen smart TV, gas fireplace, reading nook & game table. The fully stocked kitchen is open in the vaulted living space with all cooking utensils & amenities including fridge, microwave, stove/cooktop, Kuerig coffee & electric hot water pot, all the pots & pans needed, plus serveware for hosting. Coffee mugs, wine glasses, whiskey tumblers and such will keep your guests & families happy during your stay. NEW Central HVAC & hot water tank, new washer & dryer, plus fully remodeled finishes with WiFi included. Whether you're needing a short stay or to book a long-term lease or insurance-related housing, we are experienced in meeting the needs of our guests! OR a perfect weekend getaway & an amazing retreat, this enchanting property is the perfect choice for your next vacation. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

Upscale Cozy

The photos are accurate. The home is compact, but higher ceilings lend a spacious air. The owner clearly cares about the property and desires a win-win. Whatever you’re in town for, except maybe a rave, this house will be your happy hub and home away from home.
