Room wasn't clean. When ever i stay somewhere we check for bed bugs. When checking there was hair behind the bed. Didnt sleep well people above us were loud. People in the hall were in and out their rooms all night. Wanted to take kids swimming couldn't do to inappropriate behaviour by people in the pool. Didnt even try to eat the breakfast. hall was hot and smelled horrible. staff was nice at check in. Didnt sleep well due to all the nose. Wish i had my money back was a horrible experience never again will i stay at with this hotel.

We checked in and the lady at the desk tried to charge a higher rate than quoted on expedia. That was resolved. I checked the bed and found food on the fitted sheet, flat sheet, and comforter. The sheets had clearly not been cleaned after the last guest! I was given a new room. It smelled so bad of marijuana it turned my stomach. I was told to just go it and they would resolve the situation when I came back. I left to find another hotel and get food. We found a hotel so I called back to get my money back at this horrid hotel. The supervisor said she wouod refund my money. When my husband, myself, and my two children came back to the hotel to get a refund the feont desk lady lied and said the supervisor was gone she could not refund us. Then low and behold in walks the supervisor. They tried to get us to keep the first room with coean sheets. I was so disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and rude staff I insisted on a refund. It took from just before 4 until after 8 p.m. to get everything resolved. I had a tired crying baby and an autistic son overstimulated but they didn't seem to care. I give 0/5 stars.

The room was clean nothing broken and the shower had decent water pressure. The front door was a bit iffy and would not open unless you waved your hand over the sensor. Other than that it was a nice stay and would happily come back.
