Loved the place and location, and sweet neighborhood cats! Only odd thing was neighbor across the street diagonal who sits outside all day and watches every move. But overall a great place.

Sweet Rose District Home
Truly clean and cozy. This little home is perfect. Owner, Lisa, has it wonderfully appointed from the coffee maker and Keurig to shampoo and body wash. The backyard is fenced and quite large too. Lisa even has a doggie “kit” ready with bags, towel, bucket for cleaning paws if needed, and a lint roller. When I saw that I thought, “She thought of everything.” The home is located so close to Main St making access so convenient to get to shops, restaurants and more. Beds are close to floor, firm yet soothing. Thankful for the stay and would definitely book this listing again.

A Fine Stay
This home in Broken Arrow was clean, generally well-kept, and the host was very responsive. Broken Arrow is convenient to Tulsa’s south side and downtown and the Rose District in downtown Broken Arrow has a multitude of dining options.

Lovely stay at a lovely home.
Our family stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. There was plenty around to eat and see and when we were home there were televisions in every room so no one was fighting over what to watch. The yard was large and perfect for our little dog to tear around in. The only tiny issue was that when we first got to the rental, the cleaners had missed a few areas. However, this was quickly rectified by the host and she was quick to send out another cleaning team to take care of it. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we would stay here again for future trips to Oklahoma. Thanks from our family!

Rosebud in the Rose District
This home was really lovely. It was super clean and well thought out. My family and our 2 dogs throughly enjoyed our stay. Lisa is a thoughtful host. We will definitely look to stay again when we come back.

Nice Properry, Great Location
Really enjoyed our stay! The location is great (walking location to downtown Broken Arrow) and the property has been nicely renovated and thoughtfully decorated. The neighborhood is being revitalized so there is mix of older and updated houses. Would stay here again!

Lovely Home
This is a lovely older home. The house was decorated nicely and was nicely stocked with everything from extra blankets and pillows to board games for the family! The upstairs did stay warmer than the downstairs and the beds were only like a foot and a half of the ground. It worked for our family trip but might be harder for older people to get in and out of bed with them being so low to the floor. Also, the "Master" half bath was a little narrow, makin sitting on the toilet a tight spot. The neighborhood seemed pretty quiet. This house has a nice back yard as well! I also appreciated the dog supplies! Overall, we were very pleased with our stay here and would definitely stay again!

This house had everything.
Great clean house. Did not need to go to the store for anything but groceries. Close to many nice restaurants. I wis I had brought my dog. The house was ready for them too. I’ve never been to a rental home that was better appointed than this one. A carrot peeler would make it perfect.

Great small house
House was in walking distance to the Rose District, everything in the house was clean and well stocked. We brought paper goods, but we could have used all the kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable. Three bedrooms and one and 1/2 bathrooms up stairs, living dinning and kitchen downstairs with garage and washer and dryer. every bedroom had a TV as well as one in the livingroom. very nice Thank you

Great stay!
We came for our niece’s wedding. We didn’t realize we were just minutes from the venue so the bridal party could come and hang out for a bit. The location is awesome! Walk into town. The Saturday Farmers Market is busy and wonderful. Be sure to pop into the small shops.

Absolutely perfect
This was a perfect home for us- wonderful location but importantly, a responsive and helpful host, a clean and well-equipped home, and lots of little touches that made staying so much easier. With kids, we really appreciated the little things- the night lights, the extra hooks, etc. we will definitely be coming back and staying here when we return to visit family.

Nice little house
The house was nice and kept up well, was older and small but plenty for our family of 4. Nice backyard for dog to run around. Loved that you could easily walk to downtown broken arrow which was so cute and they had a fun little farmers market on Sunday. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but we had no issues.

Quiet neighborhood stay
This location was perfect for our needs. A quiet neighborhood stay with plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was set up nicely, large washer and dryer, everyone had their own bedroom, and the downtown area of Broken Arrow has good coffee, sweets and tasty dinners. Easy check in/out process with a quick response time to questions. Overall great stay!
