"The check in lady was so friendly. An inspiration to customer service. My son enjoyed the pool even though it was freezing out and the spa was lovely. The room was spacious and included everything we needed. A great place to stay. We will be back. "
"Overall not really wheelchair accessible, the room had a step to get in and no accessible facilities. There was no blankets in the room and the AC didn’t heat even thou it had reverse cycle.

"We had to run the shower for about 5 minutes before the hot water came through. And had to ask reception for another toilet roll as we ( 4 adults ) stayed 2 nights and only had 1 and 1/2 toilet rolls, otherwise very comfortable and the beds were absolutely beautiful to sleep on.
