"Nice hotel"

"Hotel under construction. Got to rooms and none of lights worked. Plugged them in and found no wall outlets were used for spark protection. One light was burnt out all together. Garbage for 3 days in the hall way - large clear bags with old food and dishes not nice to see. All the ice machines were closed down . Some exit doors were padlocked closed with chain. Shower curtain was torn across the top. The toilet seat was wrong size for the toilet - very funny but sad also . TV did not work. List goes on - only time I have ever given a hotel a bad review - I spend 30 plus days a year in hotels - Tucson is a great location for a getaway - "

"The rooms are clean enough although they have a slight roach problem. The coffee pot broke while I was there and the 2nd one they gave me didn't work either."

"I booked this particular hotel because of the close proximity to the airport and the hotel shuttle. I followed the instructions of booking the shuttle one day before I had to fly out of the airport. The morning of, there was no one working at the front desk and the shuttle driver said he was unable to take me to the airport. Myself and several other guests each had to pay for a Lyft ride to the airport. Unsatisfactory. I will NEVER stay at the hotel again. "

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making the shuttle trips to and from the airport easy and enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "

"Clean room, comfortable beds, some good restaurants close by like Rudy’s bbq & the Waffle House. "

"Room was clean but it was obviously an old room with some new paint, carpet, and decorations. We arrived late at night so minimal staff would be expected but I had to walk around looking for someone and they were all outside on a cigarette break. We could hear everything in the hall and other occupants were loud, everything was a bit sketchy, won’t be staying there again."
