  • Located near the Vistoso Nature Trails Preserve, this top floor, 2 bed + den, unit is a charming condominium with private entry and garage. The unit is kitty-corner to the community pool and exercise room. Inside, is a bright and welcoming open-concept living space. Plush sofas provide a comfortable place to kick up your feet after a day enjoying the outdoors. The large flat screen TV's allow you to stream your favorite show or movie, while the dining area seats 8. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the equipment required by the chef to create a delicious home-cooked meal. There is also a private grill located on the unit's balcony. The den has a queen sofa-bed and also provides a dedicated office space with internet that is ideal for those working remotely. A private, in unit, washer/dryer is available for use allowing you to pack light and do laundry during your stay. Finally, after a day of adventure, head out to the large shared pool to cool down or soak in the shared hot tub to relax your muscles. No matter the adventure you choose, you're sure to have a great time during your stay here!

Such a comfortable clean condo, with good location for Catalina State Park.Plenty of good eating establishments near by and a Safeway. We would stay here again. We w2 miles away.

The Vistoso Preserve Casita #220C was a wonderful condo with many fine amenities, as featured. We loved the Oro Valley location, the clean and spacious rooms, the two bedrooms and baths, the balcony, pool, workout center and so much more. In addition, the condo had a small office which allowed us to work in privacy. All this said and very importantly, our check-in was a major problem and was delayed for hours past the designated check-in time. We hadn't received the necessary lock box info to access the key prior to our check-in time. I'm certain this was caused by Vacasa, apparently one of VRBO's integrated property managers who really dropped the ball in our case. BUYER BEWARE: if your VRBO rental involves an "integrated property manager", this could complicate the rental agreement and reduce the control VRBO has in the transaction.

Quality home in nice neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well appointed. The furniture and beds were comfortable. We will look to rent this unit again. Not a big fan of Vacasa management but I understand the need for it. The toilet paper and towel quality did not match the quality of the rest of furnishings.
