SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($90.95) or a refundable Safety Deposit ($2,000) will be required after booking. The purchase and ID verification will be done via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass and Enso Connect, an authorized booking partner.

NOTE: The property has 2 separate units with long-term tenants.

PETS: This is a dog-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two dogs (each must be 25 lbs or less), and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that dogs not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

SOFA BEDS: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa beds so we can ensure that bedding and pillows are ready for your stay.
