Property is aged and breakfast highly processed, but it’s, comfortable, and quiet, plus it’s steps from the Sun Link. Friendly and helpful receptionists.

This was a few days trip. From the start, the staff was AMAZING! The place was really clean. I LOVED the sliding door with the table right outside too. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean room, staff, breakfast just an overall great stay!
This is a very old, poorly maintained property. My initial thought was “ghost town.” There were literally ten cars in the entire parking lot! I went in anyway, to find a helpful staff. My room was very dark - two of three lamps were not functional. They were unable to remedy that so I moved to a room across the hall. Having now witnessed two rooms, I have to say that except for the beds, which were very comfortable, the furniture is old, very dirty and in disrepair.
Lucy greeted me for breakfast. She was lovely and very friendly. She made me feel welcome and apologized for not having waffles (dang, I wanted a waffle!). The sausage, eggs and potatoes were piping hot and tasty. The juices (I sampled cranberry and orange) were both very dilute which is always a disappointment - but a common way hotels save money. It was an inexpensive hotel stay, I can’t honestly say I would recommend it, and having the same choices, I would definitely try something else down the street. Mediocre is the best single word description!
Breakfast was more than ample to start the day. Great coffee! Room was clean, beds confortable & pillows soft. The location perfect with Sun Link Metro across the street (free) short distance to Historic Downtown & University of Arizona campus with assorted restaurants.
The pool is great. It is good that breakfast is served as there is no restaurant close by. I was able to find items to eat but found the selection not as healthy as I would like. The room was comfortable, the bed was comfortable. It is more utilitarian than posh.
