Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom 2 baths in the center of Tucson, a few minutes away from Downtown Tucson, the University of Arizona and 4th Avenue and University Medical Center. Many places to explore including the Reid Park Zoo, Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park (East & West), Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, and the Pima Air & Space Museum. There are also many bike, running, and walking paths nearby. Tucson is also a golfers paradise. No cats allowed, an additional fee of $10 USD per night per dog.

Great little house

This cottage was a great place for our family of 4. It is well kept, clean, has lots of thoughtful touches and very comfortable beds and pillows! It is not a fancy neighborhood but felt quite safe inside the house and is very convenient to shops and restaurants.would rent again!

Great location - perfect for cyclist

The house was perfect for an all guys trip of cyclist. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to Safeway proved to be very valuable. At least one person went to Safeway every day to get some food, coffee and anything they forgot to bring on the trip. Very close to downtown for great dinner options.

TUCSON

Very nice place to stay in Tucson. Kind of in the middle of an industrial area, but the wonderful backyard area provided privacy and a great place to sit back and relax. Having a supermarket right across the street was a real plus.

Excellent for U of A drop off

We were three families bringing our kids back to school and we loved this home. Plenty of space for 6 of us and we walked to Safeway often even in the crazy heat.

Great little house, convenient location.

Excellent location, close to everything. Safeway nearby. Quiet and private. Very easily accommodated 4 adults. Hot tub a nice touch. Kitchen small but well appointed and easily allowed for making meals for everyone.

My new place in Tucson

This house was the perfect getaway for visiting our daughter who attends UofA. The area could be better, but that’s actually all of Tucson. We felt completely safe. The backyard was the best relaxing spot. The jacuzzi was inviting. It had everything we needed and a grocery store across the street. Will stay again

Great for a family

This property was so easy. It is very well stocked and the backyard was amazing for our big family to gather. There is a grocery store right across the street that made grabbing food super convenient. The living room is very comfortable as are the beds. The host is very communicative and easy to reach. We highly recommend this property.

Hot tub is nice and clean. House could use some more cooking utensils/pots/glass/ceramic and misc. things like tape, etc. Everything was as advertised. Good stay.

Cozy house, convenient lication

This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house was the perfect size for our small family get-together and in a convenient downtown area. Pretty small kitchen, but lots of seating in the living room, dining area, and on back patio. Large TVs in all three bedrooms. There were a few small items not there that would have been helpful and I mentioned them to property manager for future guests. Communication with owner/manager was excellent - I was able to text or call and got immediate responses. We woukd stay there again!

Very convenient and great value.

This property was super convenient for us. As a group of cyclists, the location is just south of the university and broadway. A quick trip east up Broadway cycling lane to Treat street is the bike boulevard which you can use to access the loop. The house is directly across from Safeway so groceries etc. easy when you have no vehicle. Any minor issues were corrected within minutes e.g. propane in BBQ was low - I contacted the owner and he arrived with a tank in 10 minutes! Hot tub was a bonus :) All details as described in VRBO listing.

Tucson getaway

Did not like early morning traffic in ally. Backyard was okay for pets. All fenced. Kitchen was a little bit small for two people. Neighbor hood seemed to be industry oreanted.

The property was as described. Older home with a galley kitchen but totally renovated. Rooms were very spacious with very comfortable king size beds. Great back yard to relax in with a jacuzzi and lighting for the evening to wind down and relax. Fully stocked with kitchen items for cooking a meal we had 6 in our group and very spacious. All the amenities of home and host was very responsive. As described by others in an industrial area but don’t let the location and area deter you. Once you are in the home it is cozy and homey.

Great Home Base for Spring Break Activities

We booked this house due to it's central location and value. We needed a place to eat/sleep/relax after full days of activities and we had plenty of room to do so! Enjoying a cocktail in the yard, playing bags and putting was fun while dinner was cooking and having the hot tub was a miracle cure for sore old muscles after days of hiking, horseback riding, mine tours and ATV rides. The Safeway across the street was a huge convenience. We picked up groceries for quick dinners and to pack lunches/snacks/drinks for our day trips. Tucson has tons to offer and this house was the perfect central location with comfortable amenities. Will definitely consider again when back in the area.
