The house was supplied with all the basic necessities upon arrival. The owners left a lovely welcome basket and note. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and location perfect for highway access.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect. We were staying over Christmas and they had the house decorated complete with a Christmas tree which made the visit all that more special. Very nicely furnished, nicely stocked for staying several months with spices, salt and pepper, small bag of sugar, paper goods for kitchen and bathroom, laundry soap, cleaning products for kitchen and bathrooms. Plenty of nice towels plan to return to this property.

Immaculate Home!

This home is well furnished, decorated and clean! The hosts went over and beyond to add to our comfort. They even had a new bottle of half and half and snacks in the fridge! This was such a nice touch to come "home" to after traveling all day. The neighborhood is quiet, well kept and in a good location. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again!

Tranquility

First off, this properly is absolutely gorgeous❣️ it’s exactly as shown in the listing. There was nothing that we needed that wasn't provided. This was our 38th anniversary and my first trip out west of TX. and the property is conveniently located to many sights around the area. We had car trouble and were confined to the house for a couple of days while our vehicle was being repaired but the house is so cozy it didn’t matter. If we ever make it back this way again, we’ll definitely look to stay here. My only suggestion is that the owner purchase a Memory book for the property so that guests may leave personal messages about their stay!!

An fabulous place to stay

I booked this lovely home for part of my family to stay in over Thanksgiving week, as we had family fly in from all over the country and there was not enough room for everyone to stay at our home in Dove Mountain. I can definitely say that those family members who stayed in this home did not draw the short straw by any means! The house was not only immaculately clean, but very tastefully decorated and well-appointed with everything my family needed for an easy, comfortable and enjoyable stay. The family members who stayed here wanted to be together, and this was an excellent alternative to a hotel, providing them with ample living/kitchen/outdoor space, very nice bedrooms/baths and the amenities of a home. Ross was extremely responsive to all of my communications, and his check-in/check-out instructions were very easy to follow. The photographs are very representative of the many features of this home. We all agreed that any one of us would gladly stay here again, and we recommend it highly to anyone looking for a place in Dove Mountain.

Perfect spot near Dove Mountain

Perfect home that was well stocked and comfortable. Hot tub was great. I enjoyed running on the trails that are right next to the house. Very easy access to Dove Mountain Resort.

We rented this unit to stay in for my son’s graduation. There were five of us in the house. The house, furnishings, and the property were five star. This house has been remodeled and is in excellent condition! Ross provided many items not usually found as extra toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen items that made our stay very comfortable. The hot tub was especially nice! Ross followed up with a concern I had immediately and was especially helpful! We would definitely rent here again!!!

The perfect retreat from a long, cold winter

Ross is a pro! He did a great job of making our stay relaxing, enjoyable and easy! The house was spotless and beautiful, but comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked (and the knives were sharp!) and the neighborhood was lovely. We were in the property for 35 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. We look forward to visiting the Fergusons' property again next year! Thank you!
