"Pros: I was impressed with the ample space in the room and the fact that it had a kitchen area. I was also like the exterior of the bldg. Cons: Had some trouble checking into my room because the fob cards provided were not opening my room. I had to go to the front desk twice to have the issue resolved. The front desk personnel were’t welcoming and they weren’t rude either — just not friendly. The gym could use some free weights and a bench. Overall, I would pay an extra $60 to stay at another hotel where they’d greet me with a smile and serve a continental breakfast. If any of those things aren’t important to you, then I would probably recommend staying here because the rooms all spacious and beds are cozy."

"The hotel was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was okay. The location was convenient (next to the airport) and everything met our expectations. Okay value for the price."

"Staff was nice. Property was clean. At night, it was little bit scary. Lawn was not maintained well. Not quality breakfast. When I go for breakfast, I saw a one individual who has tattoo on his entire face. It was scary for me. When I drink orange juice, it was not a good quality."

"All in all this hotel was an amazing stay. It had gorgeous rooms and great layouts. The only thing that keeps it from being a 10 out of 10 , is there a laundry rooms leave a lot to be desired. Outside of that absolutely amazing stay would definitely stay here again."

"We have mobility limitations that made the parking-to-room issue significant BUT the property maintains a person with a cart who will assist with those transfers at no extra charge (we tipped). Our room was gorgeous, well appointed, and with a lovely little patio overlooking the Tucson skyline. The dining options were exceptional. Every staff member that we interacted with was warm, helpful and courteous. For the first time in a long time (and much traveling) we felt the true meaning of being a GUEST."
