Great condo, great location, everything was there!

It was a too short stay in a great condo unit, in a great location. The owners were very responsive; everything was neat, clean, well organized and worked well so we could just relax and enjoy the pool, patio and great mountain views. The book of the area had a new Mexican restaurant listed that we tried, was terrific and close. We would highly recommend that others strongly consider booking this unit too.

Fabulous Host and Property!

Our stay in Tucson was the best ever! Our host was so kind, attentive and communicative to ensure the property was just perfect. The location was minutes from our event location, the neighborhood was quiet and well manicured, spacious to sit and relax, and entertain in this beautiful condo. Lots of light and super clean, which is so appreciated. The patio, grill and seating area really made our fellowshipping special! Home away from home

This place is even better than pictured or described. Owner communication is kind and considerate. They want to be sure their guests are settled and satisfied; a much better welcome than working through an agency. The quiet neighborhood, porch, pool and hot tub combined for a perfect place for us. Really Nice Condo with Mountain views

Great condo! We appreciated the communications with the owner. Really nice covered deck with grill; perfect place to enjoy the late afternoon. Large roomy condo; nicely furnished with a "farmhouse" vibe. Our unit was very good at maintaining inside temperature; the furnace/AC was hardly ever on. We liked the new flooring, which felt good underfoot.Bedrooms have a spectacular view of the mountains.

Exceptional Condo!

We stayed 4 weeks at this lovely condo and enjoyed every minute! It is spacious, nicely updated, well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. The washer/dryer and covered parking were real pluses, and we were impressed with the well-stocked kitchen--nice and plentiful dishes and cookware. Beautiful mountain views from the bedrooms added to the experience, and the patio provided a nice outdoor sitting area. The location is close to shopping and restaurants and in a very safe area. There is a lovely preserve with paved walking trails next to the complex. The community pool and whirlpool were sparkling clean and spacious. Communication was excellent, and it was obvious the owners are customer-focused. We have stayed in many short-term rentals, and this one is a favorite!

Great Stay!

Wonderful stay at Thomas and Kathi's condo in Oro Valley. Everything was perfect. It’s comfortable, clean, quiet, with friendly neighbours, a lovely pool and hot tub. We BBQed burgers one night at the community barbeque and enjoyed the fire pit. The condo has everything you need for cooking and eating in (including salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder which came in handy for the burgers), lots of pots and pans and dishes. There are lots of restaurants nearby to dine out too. Thomas and Kathi were very responsive to any enquiries, though we have very few. Beds very comfortable. Balcony was used a lot including morning coffee and evening cocktails and dinner. Heard hooty the owl at night too! If you are looking for a place to stay in Oro Valley look no further! I would come back in a heartbeat.
