  • This charming guest house is nestled in the foothills on a lovely estate with access to onsite private tennis court (pickleball lines and net as well)! At 1,200 sq ft, this cottage offers a secluded entrance and courtyard; custom kitchen cabinets with granite tops and Viking stainless appliances; private laundry room with storage; living room; bathroom with walk-in shower, and 2 spacious bedrooms. All of the amenities of home provided including a select comfort bed, mexican tile flooring and tasteful furnishings!
