WOW! This estate property offers luxury AND mountain views! These 2 homes are also listed separately: a 4 BR/3.5 BA primary house and a 3 BR/2 BA guesthouse. With this listing, you get BOTH, a perfect way to travel with friends/family.

REQUIRED: To preserve the condition of our property, a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($500) or a refundable Safety Deposit ($4,000) will be required after booking. These options and ID verification will be shared via our Fig & Toast Boarding Pass.

Mountain views, desert living at its finest. One of Tucson's finest properties and amazing estate amenities. Sits at the end of a cul-de-sac, no through traffic, quiet and peaceful. Likely to see wildlife.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

It has Everything!

There was plenty of room for 11 people (including 4 "singles"), also kid and pet friendly. The pools were super clean and remained that way throughout our stay. The house and grounds were super clean with amazing views, and the AC worked GREAT! The kitchen has just about any feature you could want. It is an easy drive to Tucson for other activities, quiet neighborhood and the use of garages for parking. The Host was very quick to respond when needed. Also there are ample outdoor seating spaces and umbrellas/awnings for shade all day. The theater room was so comfy and fun! Great screen, great sound! There were enough bathrooms for everyone and spaces where you could have some alone time if you wanted. We have been having family getaways for over two decades in mostly VRBO properties and I will say this property is by far the best we have experienced.
