Remote and beautiful! We had a great vacation just relaxing in the desert and taking in all the beautiful views and sounds of nature. The house is perfect with all you could possibly need . We would love to come back!
Mila was very welcoming and accommodating. The home was settled in a sparse, quite neighborhood with the most spectacular view and easy access to the Saguaro cactus trails! The home was nice & clean. Very roomy! Beautiful picture window of the Saguaro!Mila was also thorough, leaving helpful info regarding the stay and amenities in the area.I know I will be back!
This is the perfect location if you are going to visit the Saguaro National Park! Right across the street and easy access to all the other parts of the park!!
Super cute, clean, and well appointed small house. We loved our multi-day stay here. We saw quail and rabbits in the yard and the sunrise is right around you through the living room windows. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Directions to the property were completely accurate. Stay with confidence.
We absolutely loved our stay. We have high cleanliness standards and it exceeded our expectations. The views are unreal. We were excited to get back to our place after hikes each day. The bird sounds and sunrise and sunset couldn’t be beat. Extra touches like coffee supplied, a lot of bath towels, stocked kitchen, washing machine with detergent, paper towels, and dish soap all supplied was very handy. We LOVED it!!
Well appointed, bright, clean and comfy.
Mila, the Host, was wonderful.
And...a walk outside gave access to paths through the desert that will take you as far as you want to go!
We flew in to visit our adult son and this place was beyond perfect for a laid back, peaceful visit. We spent lots of time taking in the beautiful view from the property (it was even better than the pictures) and took long walks taking in the scenery. The kitchen was fully equipped to make our family favorite meals. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and take in some out-of-this world views.
My friend and I stayed for 2 nights, looking for a secluded space where we could unplug and we definitely found it here. The space was exactly as described. After reading some reviews saying it was off the beaten bath, I was a bit nervous. But it was easy to get to and the direction were very easy to follow. I was amazed by the amount of small amenities that were provided, from cooking supplies to sunscreen. I would highly recommend a stay here!
We picked this dark sky area of Tucson to view the Geminids meteor shower and were not disappointed. The tiny house with big grounds was perfect. The house had a great coffee bar, was well appointed with dish’s, some condiments, good linens and big windows with great views of the mountains. We heard owls, and coyotes at night and lots of daytime birds. The place was spotless.
Right on the edge of Saguaro National Park West, beautiful views and quiet. Place is well appointed and clean and perfectly suited for a romantic retreat. Can start hiking right out the front door and we had a great morning hiking Panther Peak which towers over the surrounding desert. Recent rains made the drive in a bit bumpy and muddy but taking it slow was no problem. Keep in mind that the quiet and wilderness come at a price in terms of lack of nearby supply and dining. Plan accordingly. We loved it. Would book again!
This was a wonderful VRBO. The host Mila really did a great job in providing a well-organized, extremely clean and peaceful vacation rental.
Any Questions I had were promptly Answered.
Fast and reliable Wi-Fi that was super easy to connect to. Fully stocked kitchen with EVERYTHING you could need (pots, pans, cooking utensils etc).
Easy access instructions and directions provided.
This was one of the cleanest and well stocked VRBO's I have stayed in.
The location is a bit remote, but I loved that. Very quiet and peaceful and nighttime star gazing was Amazing. A quick 10 min trip to great hiking in the Saguaro National Park West and easy 25 min access to downtown Tucson. Stock up on your groceries on the way in and enjoy.
I would recommend this VRBO and the wonderful host Mila without hesitation.
Spotless, comfy small house, exactly as advertised. Great communication - clear and professional. Lots of thoughtful touches. Clearly they care and think about their guests. I hiked and cooked. Relaxed outside and watched the bunnies scamper by. Quiet rural neighborhood adjacent to the national park - awesome. I flew into Phoenix and rented a truck which was great for the dirt roads there and to get to trailheads, but plenty of people had cars. Get groceries on the way in. If you, like me, change your downtown restaurant plans to chill and enjoy the view at the place instead, it’s a pretty drive via the picture rock road to go get more groceries. Just what I wanted. I’d choose it again, no question. Thanks!
This perfectly appointed, well organized and comfortable little space provided exactly what we needed for preparing meals and sleeping well after daytime adventures and evening hikes. Located approximately 200' from the nearest trail into the park, we had nearly unlimited access to explore without having to drive to a trailhead.
The place was very clean and well maintained. The owner was a delight to deal with. It has neighbors and a dog barked constantly which made our sitting outside less enjoyable and we could hear through windows. But it was nice to walk across the street into the dessert.
This Tiny house was great! It had everything we needed and more! So many little extras were provided. Snacks, coffee and creamers, laundry detergent, and so much more. If you don’t mind a tiny space, stay here! It IS on a very bumpy dirt road, but we have a truck so it wasn’t a problem! Very private, and fully gated!
