From the moment you arrive, you will be greeted by the unique gate leading to the front door as you pass through a sun-lit, furnished foyer that will be just the place to sip a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail. Inside, the real magic presents itself, as the interior of this retreat is absolutely filled with bright pops of modern art, stylish furnishings, exposed ceilings, and all of the comforts of home. No one will have trouble kicking back in the living room with a favorite movie or ballgame playing on the flatscreen TV, as the high-speed WiFi has you covered for streaming services. Not to mention, the culinary-inclined guests of the group will be spoiled in no time when they see the stainless steel appliances, gas range, and cookware in the full kitchen.

Loved the proximity to shops and food and the neighborhood is very quaint albeit in progress of being built… wonderful place to relax with friends after seeing a concert at the Tucson arena… we will definitely stay here again when going to a concert in tucson

Beautiful townhome in central location. But has roaches.

We enjoyed being in the Menlo Park area. It's close to the streetcar and downtown Tucson. The home is lovely. However, we kept seeing large roaches in the guest bathroom, which was disgusting.

Parents weekend

Lovely place close to U of A but far enough away from the chaos of parents weekend! The home is beautifully decorated and has all the necessary amenities. Super easy check in & out. Beds were amazingly comfortable!! We did lose Wi-Fi connection but it came back within an hour or so. Towels were scratchy but not a big issue when everything else was great!

Fantastic Townhouse!

This home was perfect in every way for my wife and I! It's super spacious with a really cool design and very tastefully decorated. The area is also really cool with some nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. Decibel coffee across the way is delicious! There are hiking trails within a mile and another couple 2-3 miles away. We didn't cook but as far as I could tell, they accounted for everything you would need. Thank you, we will be back next time we visit Tucson.

Great place, great location, second stay

This was our second stay at this property in 18 months. It remains a very nicely-appointed rental in a great location, close to the shops and eateries of the Mercado San Agustin and its hip extension, the MSA Annex. There were a couple of cleanliness/maintenance issues that we've drawn the attention of the property manager to, but they were relatively minor. I'm confident they will be addressed. We will certainly consider returning on our next trip to Tucson.

Fantastic!

From the moment we entered Menlo Magic, we were impressed with the quality, appearance, and cleanliness of it. It was so perfectly decorated. Location to coffee shops, restaurants, and the free tram is superb. All are within a couple of blocks. Everything we needed for our cooking needs and our conversation areas were provided. Towels and sheets were of the highest quality! We will definitely recommend! Thanks for making the first stop on our Arizona holiday a most enjoyable one! Leslie and friends

Even more amazing the second time around

I absolutely love this home. It’s so welcoming and beautiful. It feels like going home. The furnishings, the location, the comfortable beds. I love it all. If I could make one recommendation it would be to include some spices and oils to help with cooking. If there had been some salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar it would have been appreciated. The kitchen is so beautiful, you want cook something. Thanks again for a wonderful visit.

We loved the architectural design of this exceptional two bedroom plus loft unit in menlo park. High and comfrt throughout. Lovely finishes and distinctive art add flourish to the thoughtful function of this multi-level space. Garage has washer-dryer. Patio opens to lovely walkway . Lime trees and fig and flowers dot the landscape fronting the townhomes . Quieter than we expected and love that! Close to mercado- restaurants, coffee shops, , bakery and unique clothinf/gift shops. Trolley stop is one block from the unit.

Lovely space and wonderful location

Me and my husband were in town for our wedding reception and wanted to have a space that was big enough to hold all our extra items while also having a nice vibe and this house was perfect! It was just the two of us, but the house would not have felt cramped even with a bigger group. All the finishing touches are really nice and the couch in the living room is also super comfortable. The beds and bedding are good quality and the shower is really nice. Also having the garage attached made for really easy transport of items to the venue and allowed us to pack them early or leave them overnight and not have to worry. The location is honestly what makes it, though. The Annex is literally next door and there is coffee, food, a bar, and cool stores. It’s also a local place and not a chain so it’s all locally owned shops and restaurants, nothing you’d see anywhere else.

Menlo Magic

Very nice condo. The layout of the complex made it difficult to find the front door (which wasn't really usable because there was no parking near it). It was nice to have garage access, but it would help to have the unit's address at the door. Getting into and out of the garage was tight, but it was worth the effort to have the garage. Having an available washer and dryer influenced my decision to book the unit. There were plenty of restaurants located nearby. Overall, a clean and nicely furnished unit.
