Charming 1 bedroom adobe red brick bungalow house

I'm renting out my beautiful brick bungalow in midtown for the month of September, October, and potentially half or most of November. The 840 square foot house is on a large property. Beautiful hardwood floors, and Mexican tile accents throughout. The house has 1 bedroom, a tv room (with a couch and a 50" Samsung flatscreen tv), and a combined living room and dining room/kitchen. The backyard is spacious and private with a porch swing and a chaise lounge chair. There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. I've worked hard on landscaping the front and back of the house. There are many beautiful plants to look! Unobstructed mountain views from the front porch. Includes a parking space.
