The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is 11 am. Please bundle up all trash in white draw string bags and place it in the trash bin beside the carport.
Make certain all patio furniture is placed around the table. Our cleaning service requests that the bed linens be left on the beds. No need to make the beds. Leave towels, etc. in the bathtub.
Make certain the front and back doors are closed and locked, including the screen door. Make certain all windows are closed and latched and blinds pulled down in the bedrooms.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
