PARKING: There are 1-2 street-specific parking passes in the casita on the built-in shelves in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dash or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car, and ensure that you are parked on 2nd Street to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
SOFA BED: Please let us know if you plan to use the sofa bed so we can have linens and pillows ready for your stay.
Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7. We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully.
1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.
3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property.
4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.
5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable.
6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.
7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest`s stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance.
8. Innkeepers` Lease Clause: By signing this agreement: a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only.

Ideal location visiting for parent's weekend, had a great time visiting my older daughter. Property is clean and adorable, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy walk to campus.
Great location by the UofA. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants. I strongly recommend heading to Time Market. Bed was comfortable and rooms were cozy. Private and a wonderful alternative to a hotel room.I will definitely stay here again when in Tucson!
This property provided all of the essentials. The bedding was deluxe, the towels perfect. The place was super clean, and the host was/is thoughtful and attentive.
This adorable, cozy home was perfect for our stay. It is conveniently located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and close to the University, 4th Ave and downtown. We walked quite a bit so the location of this home was key. The house was so charming and well appointed with Tucson flair and memorabilia. The home contained all the essentials we needed. Great location, 2 block from the trolley that goes from the university to downtown. Great communication with host. Clean with ample essential supplies. Would definitely rent again.
This location was perfect for my husband and I! It was exceptionally clean and organized!! It was in a quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown Tucson. Todd was very responsive and let us know all the info pertinent to the home!! Don’t miss eating at Charro Steak & del Rey!!! Amazing!!!
Great location .clean and cozy home. Our only issue was the stairs into the house. They were steep and we needed to carry our old dog up and down. And no real backyard . Not a ideal location if you have a dog . But great market two blocks away and friendly neighborhood.
